For Families
We currently serve Palm Beach County, Florida only. Staying local is deliberate — it lets us know our companions and families personally.
Companions provide companionship, conversation and activities, light housekeeping, laundry and linens, meal planning and prep, grocery shopping and errands, accompaniment to appointments and outings, transportation assistance, reminders about routines and appointments, and help with correspondence and household organization. That defined list is the whole service — so you always know exactly what to expect.
Companions do not assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, or feeding, and they never perform health-related tasks. If your family needs that level of support, we can point you toward licensed providers.
Every companion completes fingerprint-based Level 2 background screening and mandatory training before their first visit. Companions serving families living with dementia complete additional specialized training.
YOGO Care Team is our managed concierge option — we handle matching, scheduling, and coordination end to end. The YOGO Network lets you browse independent vetted companions, watch their video introductions, and book directly. Same vetting standard either way.
Yes — that is the heart of YOGO Care. Every companion records a video introduction, so you meet the real person before they ever visit. Create a free account to watch full videos and book.
Healthcare Advocacy
It is founder-delivered administrative support: we make calls on your loved one’s behalf, help you make sense of confusing bills, and coordinate appointments. It is a separate service from companion care.
After an intake conversation, you get a transparent cash-upfront retainer quote for your situation — before any work begins.
The Care App
Yes. The free plan includes care logs, appointment tracking, tasks, and a small care circle. Premium adds unlimited members, documents, reports, and more — with a 14-day free trial.
No. Many families use the app on its own to coordinate care themselves. If you ever want help with an errand or outing, vetted companions are one tap away.
For Companions
Companions must be Florida residents, and we currently onboard companions in Palm Beach County only. If you are outside the area, join our waitlist and we will reach out as we expand.
Level 2 fingerprint-based background screening and mandatory training, completed before you go live. It is a high bar on purpose — families trust it, and companions are proud of it.
Companions progress from Bronze to Platinum based on completed visits, reliability, and family reviews. Higher tiers earn higher hourly rates.
