How we protect your family
Trust isn't a feature we added — it's the reason YOGO Care exists. Here's exactly what stands between your loved one and anyone who isn't up to our standard.
Level 2 background screening
Every companion completes fingerprint-based Level 2 screening before they can accept a single visit. No exceptions, no shortcuts.
Mandatory training
Companions complete required training before going live, so every visit follows the same high standard your family can count on.
ADRD training where applicable
Companions serving families living with Alzheimer's disease and related dementias complete additional specialized training.
Vetted-only network
Nobody joins YOGO Care by simply signing up. Every companion is individually reviewed and approved before appearing on the platform.
Meet them first
Video introductions mean you know exactly who is coming to your loved one’s home — their face, their voice, their story — before the first visit.
Reviews & accountability
Families review every booking, and companion standing depends on reliability and the quality of care relationships over time.
Clear boundaries, by design
Companions provide companionship and household help only. They do not assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring, or feeding, and they never perform health-related tasks of any kind. If your family needs that level of support, we can point you toward licensed providers.
See who's behind the standard
Every companion on YOGO Care has already cleared the bar described above.
